We are taking the following precautions during this time:

1. Our employees have started a split shift work schedule arriving at shop at 30 Min intervals to minimize employee contact between each other.
2. Door Power now calls all customers 15 minutes before arrival and again when we arrive in driveway. We will avoid approaching front door or knocking whenever possible.
3. We will make every effort to gain access to garage without entering through house.
4. Our service technicians will attempt to make all communications by phone, even when on site at customers residence.
